Human Resources Specialist Cum General Affair

• Update recruitment web pages and collaborate with recruitment agencies to attract top talent.

• Screen candidates and conduct competency assessments and interviews to evaluate fitness for the organization.

• Communicate job offers, coordinate onboarding, and negotiate salary packages with successful candidates.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Fostering a positive work environment and managing employee motivation.

• Organizing company events and proposing improvements to employee

[Must Have]

• 4+ years of HR experience at senior or leader level

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee development

• Proven experience in interviews and competency assessments

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail

• Japanese proficiency (~N2 or above)

[Nice to have]

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance
