Mô tả công việc:

【Job summary】
- Support communication and information exchange between the japanese bod and employees/managers who do not speak english.
- Carry out daily hr tasks, including recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while maintaining a professional work environment.

【Job deions, and specific workflows for each department, ensuring compliance and alignment with the company's overall policies and business operations.
- Track the execution of hr policies and others within the company to ensure compliance with regulations. propose adjustments or replacements for ineffective procedures.
- Updating and researching laws about changes and amendments to the labor code, social insurance law, occupational safety and health law, and other related regulations)
- Research and apply hr policies, regulations, and relevant employee management documents from other departments to ensure
alignment with the company's operations.
- Develop and propose amendments to labor regulations
- Carry out the registration process for the company’s labor regulations, collective labor agreement with the department of labor, war invalids, and social affairs.
- Coordinate the resolution of complaints and labor disputes between the company and employees.
- Ensure the handling process complies with legal regulations regarding the rights and obligations of all parties.

Employee relations
- Collaborate in preparing information related to organizing activities such as birthday greetings, company parties, and long-service employee recognition ceremonies).
- Coordinate the preparation of venues, logistics, and communication for internal activities.
- Surveys and evaluations (collect feedback after events to improve and enhance the quality of future organization.
- Promote company core values through internal communications and events.
- Enhancing employee experience (propose and implement initiatives to improve the work environment, increasing employee satisfaction and well-being)



Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR & Interpreter
- Fluent in Japanese (from N2 Intermediate level) high sense of communication
- Knowledge of HR, labor issues, and Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, with experience working in HR and labor-related departments.
- Interpretation skills for internal meetings and communication (not for external work)
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Document drafting skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
