• Graduated with a university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Labor Economics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., garment industry) or foreign-invested companies (FDI).
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, and company regulations and policies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation policies, performance evaluation, training & development, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Capable of planning and building long-term human resource development strategies.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Salary is negotiable and will be discussed in detail during the interview (no limit depending on the candidate’s capability)
