HR - Ga (Quận 12_HCM - Tiếng Nhật N2)

You will be in HR and General Affairs.

1. Recruitment
- General recruitment activities (executing future recruitment plans, online advertising, dealing with recruitment agencies, applicant selection, interviews, notifying applicants of successful applicants, salary negotiations, etc.)
2. Maintaining and improving the internal environment
- Employee motivation management, maintaining a positive work environment, planning and running events such as company trips, facilitating communication and problem-solving support between employees and the company (president, department heads, etc.), listening to labor union requests, proposing improvements to employee benefits, etc.
3. Other general affairs-related duties
- Labor and attendance management, managing and running internal regulations, asset management, dealing with Vietnamese authorities and the parent company, etc.
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager.

- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: JLPT N2 Intermediate levels
- English: conversation level
- At least 4 years of HR/General Affairs experience
- Have experience planning and running company events
