Job Summary:
As the HR and Admin Executive at Regalo, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Duties:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR management systems (HRIS).

Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM Mondays – Fridays (Lunch break: 12PM – 1PM).
