Graphic Designer Product Planning & Packaging (Food Industry)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will play a key role in both product planning and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design and a passion for the food & FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching, consumer-focused packaging using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

• Collaborate in product concept development for new or revamped products (branding, packaging themes, label design)

• Visualize and present concept proposals and mockups to internal stakeholders

• Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitor packaging styles, and consumer behavior

• Design product specifications including cost structure, label layout, packaging formats, and compliance with regulations

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Sales) for alignment

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, or related fields)

• Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design or packaging design

- Preferred background in the Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industry

• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.

• Strong sense of branding, typography, layout, and color

• Able to develop packaging that aligns with both brand identity and consumer appeal

• Language: English – Business Level (verbal and written)
