Able to work independently and adapt flexibly to lead and execute the design of homepage layouts, product page templates, campaign landing pages, and promotional visuals across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, brand website, etc.).
Develop compelling visual content for social media, paid ads (Facebook, TikTok, Google), thumbnails, and other digital marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign strategy.
Organize and structure design files within our company's asset library.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to translate ideas into high-impact visuals that drive performance.
Mentor junior designers or freelancers (if any), provide feedback, and support design quality control.

At least 2 years experience
Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Basic research skills and knowledge of current graphic design trends.
Understanding of target audience insights.
Experience with photo and video shooting, retouching, and editing is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills and commitment to tasks timeframe.
