Giảng Viên Dạy Tips & Tricks IELTS (Part-Time)

1. Giảng dạy/ Teaching:

Chuẩn bị và giảng dạy các buổi học Tips & Tricks IELTS theo giáo trình hoặc tài liệu do trung tâm cung cấp/kết hợp tự xây dựng.
Prepare and deliver IELTS Tips & Tricks lessons based on the provided curriculum/materials or self-developed resources.

Truyền đạt rõ ràng chiến lược làm bài thi: cách skim & scan, đoán nghĩa từ ngữ cảnh, quản lý thời gian, cấu trúc bài Writing, kỹ thuật paraphrase,…
Clearly explain test-taking strategies, including skimming & scanning, guessing meaning from context, time management, Writing structures, paraphrasing techniques, etc.

Cập nhật thường xuyên các thay đổi trong format đề thi IELTS và bổ sung tips mới phù hợp.
Regularly update teaching content in line with the latest IELTS exam format and introduce new, relevant tips

Giải đáp thắc mắc và hỗ trợ học viên trong quá trình ôn luyện.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their study journey.

2. Phát triển tài liệu/ Materials Development:

Xây dựng, cải tiến và hệ thống hóa ngân hàng tips, templates, practice exercises.
Build, refine, and systematize a resource bank of tips, templates, and practice exercises.

Soạn handout, bài tập minh họa và checklist để học viên dễ áp dụng.
Design handouts, sample tasks, and checklists to facilitate practical application by students.

Phối hợp với các giáo viên khác để đồng bộ hóa phương pháp giảng dạy.
Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in teaching methodology.

3. Theo dõi & đánh giá học viên/ Student Monitoring & Evaluation:

Theo dõi tiến độ và mức độ áp dụng tips của học viên.
Track students’ progress and their application of tips and strategies.

Đưa ra nhận xét, góp ý cá nhân hóa, giúp học viên cải thiện kỹ năng yếu.
Provide personalized feedback and suggestions to help students improve weaker skills.

Tham gia chấm bài Writing, Speaking mock test và đưa feedback chi tiết.
Participate in grading Writing tasks and conducting Speaking mock tests with detailed feedback.

4. Báo cáo & Hỗ trợ/ Reporting & Academic Support:

Báo cáo chất lượng lớp học và đề xuất cải tiến cho Academic Supervisor.
Report on class performance and suggest improvements to the Academic Supervisor.

Tham gia các buổi training nội bộ về phương pháp giảng dạy IELTS.
Attend internal training sessions on IELTS teaching methodologies.

Hỗ trợ các hoạt động học thuật khác của AUS khi cần.
Support AUS’s other academic activities when required.

• Có chứng chỉ IELTS từ 7.0 trở lên (ưu tiên 8.0+).
  IELTS certificate with a minimum overall score of 7.0 (8.0+ is preferred).
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Sư phạm tiếng Anh, Ngôn ngữ Anh, TESOL hoặc tương đương.
  Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Studies, TESOL, or a related field.
• Có chứng chỉ giảng dạy (TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) là lợi thế.
  Teaching certifications (TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) are an advantage.
• Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy IELTS hoặc luyện thi các chứng chỉ quốc tế.
  At least 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS or other international English exams.
• Kinh nghiệm training tips làm bài hoặc đã từng xây dựng giáo trình/khóa học IELTS là một lợi thế.
  Experience in training test-taking strategies or developing IELTS curricula/courses is a plus.
• Kỹ năng truyền đạt, thuyết trình, tạo động lực cho học viên.
  Strong skills in delivering lessons, presenting, and motivating students.
• Hiểu rõ chiến lược làm bài cho từng dạng câu hỏi IELTS.
  In-depth knowledge of test strategies for each IELTS question type.
• Khả năng soạn giáo án logic, dễ hiểu, ứng dụng cao.
  Ability to design lesson plans that are logical, clear, and highly applicable.
• Kỹ năng quản lý lớp học, giao tiếp, coaching cá nhân.
  Classroom management, communication, and one-on-one coaching skills
• Nhiệt huyết, kiên nhẫn và có trách nhiệm với học viên.
