Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for 01 member to join the Warehouse Team.

This position is based in Hanoi and is responsible for developing the warehouse system, managing daily warehouse operation, ensuring accurate inventory, safe working practices and timely support for Production and Purchasing departments.

Main tasks are as follows:

- Supervise receiving, storage, supply activities. Monitor warehouse KPIs and lead continuous improvement

- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensure task execution meets standards

- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates (SAP, WMS, RFID)

- Maintain safety, 5S and compliance standards. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and other departments

- Apply engineering and technical knowledge to improve material flow, layout optimization and equipment utilization

- Deeply understand and smartly utilize SAP functions for material tracking, stock transfer and process optimization

- Work on other tasks as assigned

Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm phát triển hệ thống kho, quản lý hoạt động kho hàng hằng ngày, đảm bảo tính chính xác của tồn kho, tuân thủ an toàn lao động và hỗ trợ kịp thời cho các bộ phận Sản xuất và Mua hàng.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

- Giám sát các hoạt động nhập - xuất - tồn kho; theo dõi các chỉ số KPI của kho và thực hiện hoạt động cải tiến liên tục

- Quản lý và đào tạo nhân viên kho, đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn

- Đảm bảo độ chính xác của tồn kho thông qua việc kiểm kê định kỳ và cập nhật hệ thống (SAP, WMS, RFID)

- Duy trì tiêu chuẩn an toàn, 5S và tuân thủ quy định; phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Mua hàng, Sản xuất và các phòng ban khác

- Ứng dụng kiến thức và kỹ năng để cải thiện luồng di chuyển vật liệu, tối ưu hóa bố trí kho và hiệu quả sử dụng

- Hiểu rõ và khai thác hiệu quả các chức năng của hệ thống SAP nhằm theo dõi nguyên vật liệu, chuyển kho và tối ưu quy trình

- Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao

- University & above graduated

- More than 2 years of experiences in relevant positions (in manufacturing companies is preferable). Skilled in SAP (MM/WM/EWM), WMS, RFID and process improvement

- Good English at communication and understanding documents

- Strong leadership, logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, accuracy and continuous improvement

- Good at MS Office and making reports
