we are looking for a mid-level hr specialist with good english skills (minimum ielts 4.0) to join our team in developing a professional and modern hr system. you will play a crucial role in building and implementing hr strategies, applying technology and artificial intelligence to human resource management processes.

key responsibilities:

1. participating in recruitment strategy development and implementation:
• collaborate with various departments to develop appropriate recruitment plans.
• participate in the interview process and candidate evaluation.
2. using ai for employee quality assessment:
• join the research team to apply ai tools to analyze and evaluate employee capabilities and potential development.
3. building and implementing training programs:
• develop training programs focused on professional skills, corporate culture, soft skills, and problem-solving skills.
4. developing a professional hr management system:
• collaborate with the team to build an automated hr management system, ensuring accuracy and transparency in data management.
5. supporting corporate culture building:
• participate in developing activities that promote a healthy, friendly, and professional corporate culture.

job requirements:

• education: bachelor’s degree in human resources management, economics, or related fields.
• experience: minimum of 2 years in hr or equivalent positions.
• english skills: minimum ielts 4.0 or equivalent.
• professional skills:
• proficiency in office tools (ms office, google workspace).
• experience or knowledge in applying ai for hr evaluation is a plus.
• soft skills: strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
