Mô tả công việc:

Oversee daily operations and performance across D1, D2, D7 and Hanoi.
Ensure consistent service, hygiene, sterilization, customer-care and brand standards across all branches.
Set and monitor weekly and monthly revenue, productivity, customer-retention and service-quality targets.
Review branch performance, identify the cause of underperformance and implement corrective action.
Lead branch managers, reception, customer service, technicians and support teams with clear responsibilities and reporting lines.
Conduct structured management meetings with agendas, owners, deadlines and documented follow-up.
Work with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, interviews, onboarding, probation, performance management and retention.
Identify recurring reasons for staff turnover and implement practical preventive actions.
Ensure technical, operational and customer-service training produces measurable improvements.
Manage serious customer complaints and improve the complete customer journey from booking through aftercare.
Control operating expenses, staff allocation, stock, supplies and company assets without lowering service quality.
Submit accurate and punctual reports covering results, problems, analysis, actions, responsible persons and deadlines.
Anticipate operational risks and present solutions before problems become urgent.
Support pricing, promotions, partnerships, new services and future expansion when required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Minimum five years of management experience in luxury spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality, hotel, premium retail or a related service industry.
Multi-branch, senior operations or management-of-managers experience is strongly preferred.
Native or fluent Vietnamese and strong professional English are mandatory.
Able to conduct meetings, interviews, training and management communication in English and write clear English reports and emails.
Additional languages such as Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese or French are an advantage.
Strong ownership, execution, organization, commercial awareness and deadline management.
Able to make decisions, solve problems under pressure and address difficult performance matters professionally.
Comfortable working directly with the Founder in a fast-moving, owner-led business.
Able to travel between Ho Chi Minh City branches and to Hanoi or future locations when required.
Available to support weekends, public holidays or urgent operational situations when necessary, with the schedule adjusted appropriately.

Working Schedule and Flexibility
Full-time senior management position

Four days off per month, arranged according to the branch and management schedule

The role is evaluated mainly according to responsibility, execution and results—not only fixed office hours
Weekend or public-holiday support may occasionally be required, with the working schedule adjusted appropriately
