- Managing and archiving all internal and external documents, including company regulations and supplier contracts.
- Drafting and revising internal rules and the Employee Handbook to ensure all staff are well-informed.
- Maintaining and managing factory infrastructure, including electricity, water, and fire safety systems.
- Overseeing the condition of office spaces, break rooms, air conditioning units, and factory surroundings.
- Controlling inventory and procurement for office supplies, furniture, and various company equipment.
- Processing monthly payroll and monitoring daily attendance records for all employees.
- Handling outgoing mail, sorting incoming deliveries, and managing front-desk visitor reception.
- Processing and renewing Work Permits and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC) for Japanese expatriates.
- Managing visa application processes for Vietnamese staff traveling overseas for business trips.
- Coordinating the full recruitment cycle, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Other related tasks from Japanese manager.
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in General Affairs and work experience within Japanese companies
- At least Japanese N2 Intermediate level with certification
- Person who can join the interview within 24th
