Position: General Accountant cum Admin

What you’ll do:
Accounting & Finance
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Monitor inventory in/out movements and stock balances, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory data control.
Review and control journal entries related to other business transactions and sub-ledgers
Handle supplier payables and customer receivables, including payment and collection.
Issue, track, and manage invoices.
Manage bank transactions and perform reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash records and prepare cash reports.
Process internal expense reimbursements.
Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and internal reports.

Operations & General Affairs
Support supply chain management, including purchasing and inventory control.
Review contracts and verify payroll slips.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers and delivery staff.
Support customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Liaise with external accounting firms.

Tax Management
Review VAT, CIT, PIT and FCT filings.
Handle labor-related and FDI-related reports.
Prepare documentation and support during tax audits.

What we need:
Must-Have
English communication skills.
3+ years of accounting experience.
Proficient in advanced Excel and data analysis to support accounting activities
Experience in working B2B, B2C, C2C companies (B2C is preferred) / IT Product companies

Nice-to-Have
Experience in working at Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Grab with a large number of transactions
Experience in a system development company.
Background in legal or general affairs.
