Mô tả công việc:

Promotion of standardization and optimization of operational processes:

  • Analyze product operations in each country in detail and identify current issues.
  • Develop operational flows and definitions, and draft workflows.
  • Work closely with related teams (product, development, sales, accounting, etc.) to promote standardization and optimization of operational processes.
  • Lead the improvement of various operational processes, including inventory management, product management, customer support, and accounting coordination.

Identification and resolution of operational issues:

  • Monitor daily operational status and actively identify potential issues and inefficiencies.
  • For identified issues, determine root causes and consider and propose practical solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of solutions and maintain a continuous improvement cycle while verifying effectiveness.

Management and support of operations staff in each country:

  • Support the work of operations staff in each country and provide instructions, guidance, and training to maximize their performance.
  • Establish a monitoring system for operations staff in each country to track progress and identify issues.
  • Build good relationships with operations staff in each country and promote collaboration through smooth communication.
  • Support the incorporation of operational definition quality as an evaluation criterion in the assessment system for operations staff in each country, and contribute as one of the evaluators.

Product understanding and improvement proposals:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each of our products and make improvement proposals from an operational perspective.
  • Collaborate with the product team to contribute to product improvements that consider operational ease.

Reporting and coordination with stakeholders:

  • Create regular reports on operational status, issues, and improvement measures, and share them with management and related teams.
  • Maintain close coordination with each team in the Overseas Business Division and with the Japanese headquarters to promote the development of an operational system from a global perspective.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • More than 5 years of practical experience in product operations in multinational environments, including overseas locations, or equivalent roles.
  • Rich experience in defining, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes.
  • Experience leading the entire process from identifying operational issues to considering solutions, implementation, and effectiveness verification.
  • Experience in managing or developing team members as a team leader or in an equivalent position (direct management experience is not required, but teaching and development experience is valued).
  • High communication skills and EQ that enable smooth communication and relationship building with members from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of ownership and strong commitment to standardizing operations and strengthening systems across overseas organizations.
  • Business-level or higher English proficiency (reading, writing, conversation). Japanese language ability is a plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in startups or high-growth companies
  • Project management background
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Experience with SaaS or E-Commerce platforms
