Floor Assistant Manager – Trợ Lý Bộ Phận Kinh Doanh Trung Tâm Thương Mại

• Understanding and studying retail market trends, developing new brands and rising contents
• Setting up new & challenging MD tasks in a positive attitude (not following as-is work level)
• Good communication & well collaboration with tenants contacting new
• tenants, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
• Finding potential opportunities and contributing company profits through smooth cooperation & relationship among tenants
• Communication skills by using proposals and reports such as tenant
• proposal, market research, profit analysis, and internal reporting
• Supervise the shop at Diamond Department Store;
• Work with brands to cooperate and support them with marketing and promotion to push sales;
• Co-work with other relevant departments such as the sales team, marketing team, and others to contribute to the performance of an organization

• Bachelor Degree with related major;
• At least 01-year experience in Retail Business; (Preference in experience with global brand MD)
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• In-depth knowledge of the current retail field;
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Number-driven and good management ability of its staff;
