Join our Finance team as part of Mantu Group and drive the economic performance of our company. You will have the opportunity to coordinate between finance stakeholders, ensure the financial closing process is respected, and play a key role in supporting our business entities.
Your Missions
Coordinate financial planning with finance stakeholders, ensuring compliance with the closing calendar.
Define the monthly and yearly closing calendar.
Monitor the monthly closing process, addressing and escalating issues, and resolving global challenges.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for group closing rules and for the controlling team, including Accounting, Sales, and Payroll.
Follow up on monthly KPIs to ensure the closing calendar is accurate and reliable.
Organize monthly meetings with SPOCs from other departments to summarize issues and propose solutions.
Support the transition to a new Enterprise Planning Management (EPM) system and fast-close calendar.
Act as a Financial Analyst for Travel & Expense reports:
- Update the travel database in BI monthly, check data and communicate the Group-level Travel & Expense report.
- Ensure accurate and validated budget allocation with Financial Managers of subsidiar.
- Update the Travel & Expense budget based on business performance.
- Propose improvements to current reporting and display methods.

Your Profile
BA/MA degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
3 years of experience in finance or controlling.
Basic knowledge of accounting or controlling.
Interest in Business Intelligence (BI) tools; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Fluent in English; additional language skills, such as French, are a plus.
Meticulous, reliable, and autonomous with strong teamwork and communication skills.
