F&B Coordinator / Thư Ký Ẩm Thực

Primary Responsibilities

• To provide strong and efficient administrative support to Food and Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage Department in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies
• Adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Administrative, or related field

• Sound knowledge of food & beverage products

• One year of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Team player and ability to work under pressure

• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow

• Excellent planning and task management skills

• Keen attention to detail and timeliness

• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts

• Proficiency in the following software preferred; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Must be flexible to support F&B events & promotions when required

• Fully enjoy the salary regime of 100% + Service charge
