1. Production Management
• Develop and implement production plans in line with the company’s business direction.
• Ensure output, progress, and product quality according to ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Oversee the implementation of equipment and production line maintenance schedules.
2. Quality and Food Safety Management
• Ensure the quality management, food safety, and environmental management systems are maintained and continuously improved.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department to control incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations on food hygiene and safety, occupational safety, and fire prevention.
3. Personnel Management and Team Development
• Organize the factory’s personnel structure and assign tasks appropriately.
• Train, coach, and assess the performance of managers, technicians, and workers.
• Build a disciplined working culture and promote continuous improvement and teamwork across the factory.
4. Cost and Budget Management
• Develop, manage, and control the factory’s operating budget.
• Analyze cost norms, materials, and energy usage; propose cost-saving initiatives and resource optimization solutions.
5. System Management and Continuous Improvement
• Maintain and supervise the implementation of management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
• Implement technological improvement projects, equipment innovation, and production automation.
• Participate in factory expansion, new investment projects, or new product development as assigned.
6. Reporting and Coordination
• Prepare periodic reports on production, quality, costs, personnel, and equipment for the Executive Board.
• Coordinate with departments (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
**MUST:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• At least 9- 10 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing, including 4–5 years as Factory Director or Deputy Factory Director.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, cost management, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of milk production processes, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards; understanding of equipment maintenance, logistics, and food safety.
• Honest, highly responsible, systematic thinking, improvement-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficient in office software and production management systems.
• Good command of English
