Mô tả công việc

Provides support to senior team members as required and guidance to other members (if any)
Contributes to the overall smooth running of the company process
Day to day involvement with projects from planning, setup, input, project handling, quality control
Handle all Facility operation and maintenance to ensure system running properly
Responsible for all new facility setup,renovation,relocation
Work closely to all Dept heads for problem solving issues caused by Facility Management (Warehouse, HR, Purchasing, Finance...)
Ensuring facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
Performing proper record and documentation for all management systems.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Develop business procedures, policies and standards
Collect data and make required reports
Other tasks as assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor (Business Admin or Electrical, English Language...)
English excellent to communicate
Good command of Microsoft Office applications
