Mô tả công việc

1 Inventory management, control in/out and stock data report (using WMS and SAP).
2 Import/Export processing (O/F, CO, Incoterm, custom, HS code, knowledge about law of trading,…).
3 Prepare document related (transportation contract, rental contract, issurance product in transport/stock).
4 Working with another team to make process in/out warehouse.
5 Evaluation working flow (vendor, people, process,...) and changing if need.
6 Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1 College /bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Import – Export;
2 At least 3 years’ experience related to Import – Export process;
3 Fluent in English (4 skills) & Microsoft office; can use WMS and SAP is preferred;
4 Knowledgeable about about export procedures;
5 Good attitude, work hard, responsibility;
6 Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skill
