Executive, Database & Analytics is responsible for managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting. This role plays a key part in optimizing data processes and delivering actionable insights.
Maintain, update, and manage company databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Work with IT team to develop and maintain Extract, Transform and Load projects (“ETL”).
Monitor data quality by performing data validation to ensure accurate records and analysis.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations.
Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for stakeholders.
Support business units with data-driven insights through analysis.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Other miscellaneous projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles.
1–2 years of experience in database management or data analysis.
Working knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, etc.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
