About the Job
As a HR Business Partner at Cake, based in Hanoi, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to northern Cake teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and be fully responsible for four core HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. This role is key to building a strong organizational foundation, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling growth across the office.


Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (30%)

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Hanoi-based roles, including Collections, Operations, and other functions in line with Cake’s growth and expansion plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely, high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Drive employer branding activities in the Northern market to attract top-tier candidates.

2. Compensation & Benefits (20%)

  • Coordinate with C&B team to ensure accurate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage onboarding, probation evaluation, offboarding, contract administration, and other employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Provide frontline support on compensation-related queries and practices for Hanoi employees.

3. Engagement & Culture (20%)

  • Plan and implement initiatives to strengthen team engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive work environment aligned with Cake’s core values.
  • Conduct pulse checks and work with leaders to improve employee morale and satisfaction.

4. HR Administration (30%)

  • Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
  • Monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Sr. HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of HR-Admin experience with a strong background in multiple HR functions, ideally as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
  • Experience in supporting massive teams or working in Banking/Fintech domain is a strong plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and other relevant government regulations related to employment and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
