・Human resources tasks
・Propose, launch, and operate (or support operation) employee systems including team building
・Communicate smoothly with Vietnamese business partners (accounting offices, law offices)
・Responsible for multiple tasks in the back office.
・Creating invoices for customers, salary management, human resources management, dealing with Vietnamese laws, etc.

Gender:Female
Age: 25~40 years old
Education：Uni
Experience:Over 3 years of experience as HR/Admin
Language:Japanese N2
・Over 3 years of Experience in proposing, launching and operating (or supporting the operation) of employee systems, including team building
・Experience in human resources at IT companies

Plus mark
・Experience in human resources at game companies
・Basic knowledge of the tech industry/eager to learn
・Can be entrusted with the general operations of the Vietnam branch, which is the development and service base (including communication with internal and external stakeholders)
・Can attend and facilitate meetings between development leaders and executives

Quyền lợi được hưởng

■Working condition
Mon - Fri：8:00 - 17:00 (Fulltime in office)

Note: They would find their office soon. So remote working would be only temporary short term.

■Salary:Japanese Executive Assistant：1,000-1,500USD gross

■Benefit
