[District 2, HCM] Admin/HR Manager (Japanese N2+ English Business)

1) Recruitment and hiring
2) Hiring and resignation procedures
3) Procedures for employee transfers (change of address, change of dependents, etc.)
4) Procedures for social insurance (calculation basis notification, etc.), year-end adjustments
5) Salary and bonus calculations
6) Implementing work regulations, education systems, and evaluation systems
7) Employee welfare (may be handled by the general affairs department)
8) Coordination for company events(like company trip, year and party and so on)
9) The other if need
※You do not need to handle accounting task

■Requirement
・Gender：Famale
・Age:29～45 ages
・Education: Uni Grads
MUST：
・Working as HR & Admin staff or manger more than for 5 years
・Business level English & Japanese N2
　-English：Communicate with Singapore branch
　-Japanese：Communicate with Japanese boss and HQ
・Working experience in Japanese company（Over 60 employee’s size）
・Can join by the end of 5/2024

■Working time
Mon-Fri：8:00〜17:00

■Salary
Up to 26M VND Gross
