Chi Tiết Công Việc

Develop and design innovative products (insole and midsole components that enhance comfort, support, and overall performance.
Coordinate with T1 for project development from initial stage to mass production.
Conduct material research and testing to select the best materials for components (Insole/ Midsole)
Create detailed technical specifications, prototypes, and samples for evaluation.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and consistency.
Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and production process.
Ensure all products meet company standards for performance, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to translate design concepts into manufactural products.

Proven experience in footwear development.
Strong understanding of footwear materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in footwear design.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office daily use. 2D/3D reading ability is a plus
