Development Officer

Development Officer is responsible for assistance work of development which are instructed by Manager and Deputy Manager.

1. Identify potential locations for Supermarket Development

2. Negotiate with landlords & related parites about contracts, agreements & other documents

3. Review and finalize contracts/amendments; Check projects' legal documents

4 Cooperate with other departments (Construction, Legal, Operation) for handover & opening schedule

5 Support to settle down problems arising at stores relating to building management and/or landlords (after handover)

• 1. Identify potential locations for Supermarket Development
  - Survey locations for feasibility study
  - Research of market, competitor & customer trends
  - Estimate store operation results
  - Make reports & presentations of locations
• Negotiate with landlords & related parites about contracts, agreements & other documents
  - Identify terms & conditions suitable for each site's actual situation
  - Discuss terms of contract with landlords and related parties
  - Make reports of negotiation results
• Review and finalize contracts/amendments; Check projects' legal documents
  - Review content of contract
  - Change the content & wordings of contract based on results of negotiation
• Cooperate with other departments (Construction, Legal, Operation) for handover & opening schedule
  - Discuss with related departments abt handover conditions, legal documents to solve any problem before & after site handover
• Support to settle down problems arising at stores relating to building management and/or landlords (after handover)
