Customer Service Staff (B2B - Automation - Fluent English - Shuttle bus from Hanoi) ~ 18 - 30 Mill VND [27023 - Bac Ninh => Hanoi]

The candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager and will primarily be involved in the following:
• Assist to Manager to create strategic plan to enhance service quality
• Handle customer inquiry on quotation, sales order and relating.
• Closely follow up customer quotation to aggressively get the order.
• Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
• Follow up incoming sales prospect through email/call/ Zalo.
• Assist day to day customer inquiry/ feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Communicate & coordinate with internal Departments/ Supplier to handle customer requirement.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution.
• Compliance communication procedures, guidelines, KPI & company procedure.
• Visit customers may be required but limited.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri and Sat every other week

+ Before 6/2026: you will work at Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh
(The company provides shuttle bus from Hanoi)
+ From 6/2026: you will work at the new office in Hanoi

• Bachelor Diploma holder
• Living in Hanoi (The Hanoi office is scheduled to be established in June 2026)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate level)
• 3 to 5 years B2B customer service/ sales experience.
• Good strategic thinking, planning skill
• Actively/ able to create improvement plan to enhance service quality
• Possess high energy, result-oriented and customer-centered
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Fast worker, able to do multi-task as well as handle workload in a high volume and fast pace environment
• Good team player
• Meticulous and organized
• Proficient in MS Office
