Customer Service Executive (11-month Contract)
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Answering information about products and service questions
Process sales order both GT, MT on SAP channel system (including check price, activities both GT & MT to make sure do right and on time)
Reporting everyday
A bachelor’s degree in administration
Excellent communication skills
At least 1 years experience in customer service
SAP & MS-Excel expertise is a must
Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
English is an advantage
