Cnc Engineer

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Thu Duc/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

• Providing support and suggestion from CNC process perspective during RFQ.
• Preparing product feasibility study report.
• Preparing CNC process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
• Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from CNC process perspectives.
• Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems;
• Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.
• Publishing CNC working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
• Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in CNC pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary
• Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.
