● 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a marketing agency or fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of B2C marketing strategy and execution
● Experience with SEO tools and practices (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
● Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content generation and campaign support
● Strong content marketing skills: planning, writing, publishing
● Familiarity with paid performance platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
● Analytical, data-driven mindset with great attention to detail
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Nice to Have:
● Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
● Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
● Experience working with influencers or UGC campaigns.
