C&B Specialist

1. Payroll & Taxation

• Administer monthly payroll processing for Head Office and properties, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle accurate calculation and declaration of Personal Income Tax (PIT) and ensure timely submission to tax authorities.
• Track and manage tax deductions, dependent registration, tax codes, and annual PIT finalization.

2. Social Insurance

• Process and monitor SHUI in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance agencies on claims, sick leave, maternity leave, ETC.
• Maintain updated salary database and C&B reports to support monthly labor cost forecasting.

3. C&B Operations & System Administration

• Maintain and manage employee records in HRIS system (preferably Cadena).
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and support HR digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team and department heads to implement salary adjustments, promotions, and benefit changes.

4. Compliance & Policy

• Ensure all C&B operations comply with Vietnamese Labor Law and company policies.
• Assist in audits and inspections related to payroll, insurance, and tax matters.
• Prepare reports as required by internal stakeholders and authorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of PIT, labor laws, social insurance, and payroll procedures in Vietnam.
• Hands-on experience in Cadena or any similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Good command of English (especially for reporting and system usage).
