Business Development Leader (English) (28421)

A. Business & Customer Development
- Seek and develop B2B customers in the food industry.
- Proactively approach customers through market data, export data, LinkedIn, company website, networking, and other channels.
- Introduce and propose raw materials, spices, and solutions that meet customer needs.
Proactively seek business opportunities and propose new products that align with market trends.

B. Product Development & Project Management
- Work with factories, suppliers, and partners to develop new products according to customer and company needs.
- Monitor the progress of product development projects from the idea stage to commercialization.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure production, delivery, and project implementation schedules.

C. Market Analysis & Business Operations
- Conduct market research and monitor food trends in Vietnam and internationally.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to support business operations and product development.
- Work with suppliers and forwarders to obtain quotations and calculate product costs.
- Monitor orders, production plans, and delivery schedules.

D. Quality Support & Supply Chain Development
- Assist in searching for and evaluating new suppliers in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with QA/QC in checking documentation, certifications, standards, and technical requirements of customers.
- Support factory audit activities when needed.

E. Operational Support & Internal Activities
- Prepare and manage test samples (sample testing, packaging, sample shipping, sample inventory management).
- Assist with administrative tasks related to projects and work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

- Business-level Engglish language proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B food sales.
- Strong research and presentation skills.
- Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail).
- Willingness to travel for business.
- Knowledge of food or business administration.
