Mô tả công việc:

- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with B2B clients such as interior design companies, furniture retailers, real estate developers, contractors, and hotel/resort chains.

- Present and promote the company's range of furniture and interior products to suit the specific needs of each client/project.

- Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to develop tailored proposals and quotations.

- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.

- Monitor the status of orders, deliveries, and coordinate after-sales support.

- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

- Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and market surveys to keep updated on trends and competitors.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or management, in line with the role and business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- University degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior materials, construction, or related industries.

- Proven ability in client relationship management and consultative selling.

- Good English communication skills – fluent in all skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

- Familiarity with project-based sales or corporate client servicing is a strong advantage.

- Candidates with an existing portfolio or B2B client base in the furniture/interior field are highly preferred.
