Business Analyst ( Experienced in Finance - Product Focus )

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.

• Identify and clarify business requirements and product functionalities.

• Ensure that the requirements are documented thoroughly, clearly, and accurately.

• Propose optimal solutions for business requirements.

• Support the design of data models, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

• Build and manage requirements documents, design documents, and user manuals.

• Ensure all documents are updated in a timely manner and are easily accessible.

• Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

• Ensure that product requirements and goals are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties.

• Participate in product testing to ensure that the product meets the defined requirements.

• Evaluate product development results and provide feedback on product quality.

• Solid foundational knowledge of financial and securities markets

• Proficient in working with financial data, including data structures, calculation models, and business formulas

• Candidates who have completed CFA or equivalent are preferred

• Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear system logic, formulas, templates, and workflows for the development team

• Good teamwork skills and a proactive attitude in coordinating with stakeholders (e.g. finance, engineering, QA, etc.)
