• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify and clarify business requirements and product functionalities.
• Ensure that the requirements are documented thoroughly, clearly, and accurately.
• Propose optimal solutions for business requirements.
• Support the design of data models, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Build and manage requirements documents, design documents, and user manuals.
• Ensure all documents are updated in a timely manner and are easily accessible.
• Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure that product requirements and goals are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties.
• Participate in product testing to ensure that the product meets the defined requirements.
• Evaluate product development results and provide feedback on product quality.
• A degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or Information Technology. CFA Level 1 or higher is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with preference given to candidates with experience in product development, especially in securities finance.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Ability to work with databases and SQL: Capable of using SQL to check data, validate requirements, and assist the development team in system design.
• Good command of English for communication.
