Business Analyst - Agile, English Ecommerce

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions, work efficiently on internal product prototypes, and deliver impactful results for our world-class e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs.
  • Define and document requirements for simple, quick, and efficient prototypes/products.
• Documentation and Layout:
  • Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for product requirements and workflows.
  • Design layouts to support the development of internal IT products.
• Collaborative Development:
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to discuss requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
  • Monitor and validate testing outcomes to ensure a high-quality product.
• Business Expertise and Innovation:
  • Leverage expertise in e-commerce (preferred) or other domains to inform product design and implementation.
  • Drive the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency while meeting global business standards.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is a significant advantage.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in business documentation, workflow creation, and requirements analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver fast and efficient prototypes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good English skills.
• Testing Knowledge:
  • Ability to design, execute, and monitor test plans to ensure requirements fulfilment.

• Salary: Negotiable
  • Total income: 13 - 15 months' salary per year (depending on job performance).
