• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with internal product development teams and external clients to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
• Product Design: Work closely with the development team to design and configure the system to meet specific requirements.
• Map business processes to system functionalities, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization of the system.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and test cases.
• Implementation and Testing: Support the implementation of the system, including data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the system meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to users/clients after go-live, including answering questions, resolving issues, and conducting user training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the real estate domain.
• Experience with E-commerce/CRM systems, preferably real estate related or similar solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good at English communication is a plus.
• Familiar with product wireframe or product management tools such as Figma, Jira, ...
• Attention to details, strong knowledge in generating process documentation
• Be able to self-managed.
• Be able to work independently or in a team with Agile.
• Good attitude and professional behavior.
• Enthusiastic, accurate, patient, honest, and willing to learn new technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with data analysis.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Certification in business analysis or project management.
