One of the most famous sweets in Japan has made its way to Vietnam! This is a very important position for expanding sales within Vietnam. You will be coordinating with the Japanese headquarters to market it to Vietnamese specifications
- Creating a brand marketing plan by leading the project team with the agency
- Developing ideas for promotion, online/offline activities to increase brand awareness.
- Sharing ideas to adjust the Japanese product suitable into Vietnam market.
- Other tasks as instructed by superiors
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri
* Working Place: HCM 2-3days (office) and Long An(factory - travel by company's car)
- Bachelor's degree
- English: Intermediate level (internal conversation, and with agency by meeting...)
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing in the FMCG market (Experience in confectionary category will be prioritized. )
- Experience and knowledge in brand marketing. Having experience creating a promotion plan or marketing plan with or without the agency
- Understanding the Vietnam confectionery market and consumer behavior, customer trends.
- Ability to lead the project team, work with the agency/ third party
