Automotive PED Assemblyshop Engineer

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Process Audit, Assy. Shop Direct & Indirect Materials standard, PIR preparation, ECN monitoring & implementation

PRIMARY JOB TASKS:

1.Process Parameters monitoring (4M) and process audit.

2.Process and layout study and improvement.

3.Coordination and Execution of Process Audit, Vital Portion and Jig and Special Tools Audit in shop floor.

4.Production output and line balancing monitoring.

5.Trouble shooting activities.

6.Implement and co-ordination new model and Facelift introduction.

7.To carry out KD N PES review and evaluation for new model trial.

8.New materials introduction.

9 To coordinate Internal Audit as per schedule for Quality Management System.

10.To carry out paint & chemicals’ parameters check and adjustment

11.Preparation of ECN (Engineering Change Notice).

12.Preparation of Technical Reports and Part Inspection Reports to principle in case of part quality problems.

13.To discharge duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary.

14.Coordination of new production line setup.

15.To assist on new process layout design.

16.To ensure all activities that affecting the environment be done in compliance with Environmental & Safety requirements

Qualifications:

Possessed a college/university degree specializing in Engineering or equivalent.

Skill & Experience:

At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Strong computer skills. (Micorsoft office & Autocad)

VStrong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Vietnameses.

• Working From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 17:15 pm, OFF on Saturday & Sundy.
• Lunch paid by company (Meal allowance).
• 14 days Annual leave per year.
