Assistant Sales Manager_ Account Executive – Industrial Products & Petrochemicals

• Sales Management:

  • Take responsibility for sales in the Vietnam market.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve volume and margin targets.

• Market Insight & Business Development:

  • Gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop new customers to expand the customer base and support long-term strategic planning (LSP).

• Customer Understanding & Marketing Support:

  • Understand the customer’s value chain to provide relevant support to the marketing team.

• Technical Advisory:

  • Recommend suitable product grades and respond to basic technical inquiries.

  • Understand customer technical issues and coordinate with Technical Services to resolve them.

• Demand Planning & Operations:

  • Input and manage 18-month demand forecasts.

  • Manage sales quota, inventory, and delivery schedules in coordination with Customer Service and Logistics teams.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor of Engineering or relevant field.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• 1 – 4years of relevant experience.
