Mô tả công việc

Assists Production Merchandiser for samples checking
Clearly labels all samples submissions
Fills in samples checking forms (measurements, workmanship…)
Creates PPT with pictures of each sample sent and picture of the measurement chart
Updates sample room planning every Thursdays after checking with Purchasing MD and Production MD
Updates latest Technical File and trims card in QC file
Applies for garment testing
Books forwarder (export)
Creates GRN based on invoice and packing list handed over by Purchasing MD
Completes GRN and applies for payment
Sends all export documents to Hong Kong within one week from on board date
Updates online delivery list accordingly
Books final inspection with relevant 3rd party
Calls QC to make sure all production reports are correctly updated in Google Drive
Checks fabric balance with factory

Yêu cầu công việc

Good command of English spoken and written is a plus
More than 1-year experience in garment industry is a plus
Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude
Attention to detail and organized
Motivated and willing to learn
Independent and hard working
