- Manage and supervise the entire production department: ensure all processes operate
according to procedures, meet quality requirements, and follow production schedules.
- Handle issues related to quality, machinery, and personnel within the production area.
- Establish and maintain a good working environment and ensure compliance with
workplace safety regulations.
- Propose and implement improvement activities to optimize manpower, materials, and
machinery in order to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate and communicate with the head office as required.
- Assign and supervise tasks for production staff.
- Adjust or improve production processes when necessary.
- Issue requirements related to 5S and workplace safety rules.
- Approve or propose production improvement activities.
- Recommend or review rewards and disciplinary actions for employees.
- Approve documents related to gate passes, leave applications, asset/material movement,
time attendance confirmation, etc., for production staff.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors

- Graduated from University with any major
- More than 5 years of internal control experience in factory
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
- Managing operation experience in factory
- Understanding operation analysis method
