Mô tả công việc:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, brand positioning, and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience insights, media consumption trends, and competitor activities to develop strategic advertising plans.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate insights into compelling communication ideas and creative briefs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to ensure campaign alignment with both clients needs and FPT Play's content ecosystem.
- Develop tailored advertising proposals for clients across FPT Play’s digital platforms and original content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and optimization of campaigns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic consultation, and performance review meetings.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports with actionable insights.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 4 years of experience as a Planner, Strategist, or Account role in Advertising, Media, or Marketing (preferably at an agency or media platform).
- Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, and audience behavior, especially within OTT or entertainment platforms.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and strategic mindset with a passion for uncovering consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with various departments (sales, creative, content, data).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data/insight tools is a plus.
