1. Project Coordination & Delivery (30%)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and in line with deadlines.
Identify and escalate potential issues, propose solutions to the line manager, and ensure smooth project execution.
Review and revise weekly and final project reports from suppliers, providing accurate updates on project progress to the line manager.
Organize internal meetings and manage related paperwork/documentation.
2. Client & Vendor Management (40%)
Work closely with suppliers/vendors to manage and execute tasks as required by the Account Manager.
Ensure strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize, track, and prioritize client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in client and internal meetings, actively contributing to discussions and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Support in maintaining effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
3. General & Administrative Support (30%)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete business-related tasks as assigned.
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Manage and process project-related paperwork and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
