Mô tả công việc:

  • Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting Sales Team with proposals, reservations, group action memo, and internal office memo of the hotel, serviced apartments, condominiums, retail / commercial spaces as required.
  • This position reports to Director of Sales and will work closely with other team members in Sales and Marketing Department.

Responsibilities
• Being responsible for the smooth operation of the office / working stations at all times
• Preparing collaterals and other necessary materials for sales calls, trade expos and sales blitz
• Assisting Sales Team with proposals, reservations, group action memo, internal office memo as required
• Coordinating with individual property's Wink Space team and following up with rooming list for group bookings
• Monitoring daily and weekly reports such as daily arrivals, departures, office files and activity reports
• Recording and distributing weekly Sales Meeting minutes
• Maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies; including sales collaterals
• Assisting Sales Team with month end extraction and assimilation of data for report
• Responding and representing Sales team when they are not around
• Conducting sales calls to maintain a strong relationship to clients as needed
• Planning and conducting familiarization tours and site inspections in line with business needs
• Interfacing with operations on a timely basis
• Ensuring that all accounts are properly updated, and that the system is utilized to its full capacity
• Gathering market, customer information and providing feedback on hotel trends
• Assisting and supporting Sales team at trade exhibitions and events
• Performing other related duties and functions assigned by the Director of Sales and Sales Manager
