1. Motion Design & Video Production

• Develop creative concepts and motion assets for video content, from storyboard to final render

• Edit and animate video content using raw footage, typography, illustrations, and other design elements

• Produce a wide range of content: social media videos, campaign KVs in motion, explainer videos, branded intros/outros, etc.

2. Collaboration & Ideation

• Partner with the Creative Studio team to brainstorm video treatments and storytelling approaches

• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product, and Social teams to understand messaging and audience context

• Participate in creative reviews and apply feedback to refine and improve output

3. File Management & Quality Control

• Maintain a clear and organized archive of project files and versions

• Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs (platforms, resolution, file types)

• Conduct quality checks to ensure videos are polished and on-brand

4. Staying Ahead of Trends

• Stay updated with video trends, motion techniques, and platform best practices (TikTok, YouTube, Reels, etc.)

• Propose new ideas, styles, or formats to elevate the brand’s video content

• 2-3 years of experience in motion design or video editing, preferably in marketing or digital content

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and pacing

• Strong attention to detail and eye for composition, typography, and brand consistency

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
