    Mô tả công việc


    – Administer staff allocations manages requests, manages incidents, monitors the life cycle of allocations assigned to the Asset Management team, in compliance in short deadline (based on Service Level Agreements).
    – Follow up and handle service tickets and complete the ticket with order justification information.
    – Analyze issues raised by the users through ticketing platform, contact and clarify all needs/issues and help to solve problems.
    – Collect the employee’s information required for allocations delivery.
    – Keep IT asset repository up to date in the dedicated tools.
    – Monitor equipment life cycle and ensure the traceability of movements in accordance with the processes established by the group.
    – Check and validate the compliance of certain requests with the equipment rules in force.
    – Maintain reports/dashboard updated.
    – Ensure a continuous update of knowledge bases.
    Attention: This position is not for those who major in IT domain.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    – At least 1-year working experience with customer-oriented mindset. New graduates/ freshers with customer-orientated mindset are welcome.
    – Professional proficiency in French (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
    – Proficiency in English is a plus.
    – It is a plus if you have experiences in one of below skills:

    • Service Now platform
    • Service Level Agreements (SLA) definition and how to use it fluently.
    • Microsoft 365 and related communication tools.
