    Mô tả công việc

    • User Acquisition Strategy:
    • Planned and executed advertising strategies to attract new users.
    • Analyze the market and competitors to optimize long-term strategies for campaigns. Budget & Campaign Management:
    • Allocate and optimize the advertising budget across platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, ironSource, etc.).
    • Ensure strong performance by monitoring CPI, and CPA metrics and optimizing ROAS and ROI for all campaigns.
    • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPI, LTV, and ROAS.
    • Apply data-driven methods to improve advertising effectiveness continuously. Collaboration with the Product Development Team:
    • Work closely with the game development team to stay updated on new features and ensure advertising messages align with the product.
    • Provide feedback on product development strategies based on campaign data and user feedback.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing materials. Ad Partner Management:
    • Build relationships with advertising partners and networks to maximize user quality and reach.
    • Negotiate with partners to ensure the best outcomes for the company. Trend Updates & Reporting:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing, advertising technology, and user behavior.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • At least 3 years of experience in User Acquisition for games (preferably in genres like Puzzle, Casual, Match3, etc.).
    • Strong data analysis skills and strategic thinking.
    • Deep knowledge of MMP tools and advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, ironSource, etc.).
    • Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing advertising costs.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
    • In-depth understanding of market trends and user behavior in the tech and gaming industries.
