- Organize and manage the Admissions Department.
- Develop tuition policies and fees for courses, programs, and activities for students and parents.
- Create and implement incentive and commission mechanisms for recruitment activities.
- Develop strategies, plans, and organize the implementation of promotional, consulting, and admissions activities for short-term courses and official programs of the school.
- Be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of periodic and annual recruitment targets.
- Organize the reception and resolution of feedback and suggestions from students and parents regarding teaching activities and other school operations.
Participate in recruitment, directly train, and develop staff for the Admissions Department
- Develop an organizational structure with expertise and experience that meets the job requirements, ensures a suitable workflow process aligned with the department's functions, tasks, workload, and professional training needs.
Monitor, evaluate, motivate, and guide staff in their professional development, share experiences, and propose appropriate training programs for each employee. Assess the abilities of each individual and make recommendations for promotions, reductions, transfers, or personnel changes to ensure the department operates effectively.
Reporting and coordinating work
- Report to the Board of Directors (BOD) on the admissions plan and its implementation on a regular basis or as requested.
- Participate in the school's joint projects as assigned by the Board of Directors
- Coordinate directly with the Communications and Marketing Department, responsible for meeting the student registration data target according to the admissions plan.
- Collaborate with other departments, divisions, and schools according to their respective functions and tasks
Partner Development:
- Analyze and develop plans for building strategic partnerships to generate recruitment sources.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the partner development plan to ensure the set targets are met.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or related fields. At least 2 years of working in an equivalent position and experience in developing an enrollment partner system
- Proficient in English.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the field of education and training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Passionate about business, enthusiastic in work, and able to handle high work pressure.
- Ability to handle situations and solve problems effectively.
- Skills in planning and implementing strategies.
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Strategic thinking ability.
