Lead and manage the recruitment process for all positions in the plasma and injectable drug manufacturing facility.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles (Production, QC, R&, Engineering, etc.).
Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, universities, and industry networks.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads and HR team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in recruitment practices.
Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Lead and mentor a recruitment team to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Age: 35–50, Vietnamese or foreign candidate.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in recruiting for technical and industrial positions in GMP-certified pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing environments (plasma products, injectables, biologics).
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, assessment techniques, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, German, French) is a plus.
